Red light therapy has become a popular part of many people’s wellness routines. Here’s a simple overview.

What is it?

Red light therapy uses a panel that emits red and near-infrared light. You simply sit or stand in front of it for a few minutes. There’s no heat to manage and nothing to do but relax.

What does a session look like?

At ZÖLSTICE, red light therapy is included in every private session. Use it before or after the infrared sauna, or on its own, whatever suits you on the day.

Is it right for me?

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your GP before using red light therapy.
